Senior Commissioning Editor Dudley R. Kay has 35 years of scientific/technical publishing experience. Before founding SciTech, he was Director of IEEE Press and Conference Proceedings, the largest professional technical association in the world. He was also Publisher for W.B. Saunders and Assistant VP-Director of Product Marketing Management for Prentice Hall’s College Division. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Johns Hopkins.
